Board of Building Appeals
The Building Standards Appeals Board conducts hearings for any persons adversely affected by any order, decision, or ruling of the Chief Building Official or Board of Examiners. In conducting such hearings, the board shall have the authority to affirm, modify, or reverse the order, decision, or ruling.
The Board meets on an as needed basis to hear appeals that are brought to our office.
The Board of Building Appeals meets the first Thursday of the month.
