The Summit County Department of Sanitary Sewer Services is aware that many of our City of Stow sewer customers received a high bill due to not being billed previous sewer usage.

This issue has been discovered during the department’s transition to new utility billing software. If you have received a bill that you believe may be inaccurate or includes previous unbilled sanitary sewer usage, please contact customer service at 330-926-2400.
