Important Update for City of Akron Customers

We recently identified a billing error that resulted in an unusually large amount being displayed on some customer accounts. 

We are actively working to correct this issue. Once the correction is complete, you will see the large charge listed, followed by the corrected amount in the "Balance Due" section of your online account. To find out if your account was impacted, visit the Citizen Self Service Home Page: https://summitcountyoh.munisselfservice.com/css/.
